Throughout the Covid 19 pandemic crisis we have made sure we have suitable arrangements to continue to provide business as usual for our clients. This includes some staff and some offices working remotely from home while some remain able to work at one of our office’s. Staff numbers have of course been kept to an acceptable level to ensure our staff are safe and the social distancing rules can be applied.
During lockdown, our advisers can continue to host face to face meetings with their clients at a local Gale and Phillipson office, or at their homes. Covid secure procedures are being followed within our offices and the safety of our clients and staff is our main priority. Of course, due to the Government’s guidance, it is likely that digital meetings or a phone call with your adviser may be more appropriate. Our advisers are all working as normal and depending on your location and circumstances your adviser will suggest a suitable way to host a meeting whenever required.
